We stand behind the products we provide. If you have a return, please review our policy below:
Defective product: should you receive a defective product you can return it to us within 60 days of delivery. The item must be unused, unmarked, and accompanied with the original packaging. We will arrange for prepaid pick-up or provide you with a UPS or FedEx account number for shipment.
Incorrect product (our error): you may return any incorrect item that we shipped within 60 days if it is in the original packaging, unused, undamaged, and in saleable condition. Returns received after 30 days may be subject to a 25% restocking fee. We will arrange for prepaid pick-up or provide you with a UPS or FedEx account number for shipment.
Incorrect product (customer error): you may return any incorrect product listed as a Stock item within 60 days. All returns are subject to a 25% restocking fee, 35% if received after 30 days. All items must be in the original packaging, unused, undamaged, and in saleable condition. Return shipping is the customer's responsibility and will not be accepted if shipped C.O.D. Please see the Returns Process below for information on how to request a return.
The product types below have the following return restrictions:
Mfr Direct: these products are subject to manufacturer restrictions and typically are not returnable.
14-21 days: these products are special ordered and not returnable
Expiration dated products: these products will only be accepted if the remaining shelf life is 12 months or greater and the item does not require refrigeration. All items must be in the original container and free of labels and other markings. Certain manufacturer restrictions may apply.
Pharmaceutical Pedigree: these products are not returnable
Upholstered items (i.e. Tables, Stools, Chairs): these products are not returnable.
Discontinued items: if the item you ordered has been discontinued at any time it is not returnable.
Custom products: sold on a “Final Sale” basis only. No cancellations, returns, or credits are allowed.
Returns Process: there is no need to call us for authorization. Simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. Please let us know if you would like a credit or a replacement product.
Once you have done this, please follow the instructions below to assure prompt handling:
When the item is received by the appropriate party, it will be inspected typically within two business days. You can expect an e-mail from us notifying you if the product has been accepted. Upon acceptance we will immediately credit your account or send a replacement product as you have requested. We reserve the right to reject any return that does not comply with the terms of this policy.
Shipping
We ship most orders via Fed Ex or UPS Ground, but may ship via LTL or our company owned vehicles based on your location and order size. In addition, we offer next day delivery for many of our products. Please contact us to inquire further.
Continental U.S.: we ship our healthcare and scientific products free of charge* to any address in the continental United States for orders over $100. Orders under $100 have a flat shipping cost.
*The following may incur an additional freight charge. We will notify you if applicable.
Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and US Territories: a $19.95 handling fee is applied to all orders and the freight costs are paid by the client. We will authorize your credit card for your order plus an additional flat shipping fee which is based on your order total. Once your order ships you will be notified the next business day via e-mail of the actual shipping costs and charged appropriately. Shipping rates to these destinations will be charged at our discounted UPS or FedEx rates.
Canada: a $19.95 handling fee is applicable and the customer will be responsible for shipping costs as well as duties and taxes. Canadian orders should be placed by phone as some products are not available for export. All Canadian orders are subject to the same parameters as that of non-continental U.S., which are listed above.
International: shipping destinations outside of the U.S are available for bulk orders only and are considered on a per order request. Please contact us with the manufacturer item code, quantity, and requested receival date. These orders are prepaid by the customer and we do not accept credit card payment.
Fulfillment: when you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping method. Over 80% of the 100,000 products we carry are readily available in our Chicago, Nashville, Long Beach, or manufacturer's distribution centers. Other items will have a 14-21 day fulfillment period on first time and custom orders. However, we are happy to stock non-custom items for you in the future to ensure quick fulfillment.
If a product is on backorder, you will be notified within 24 hours with an expected fulfillment time. You will have the option of awaiting fulfillment, canceling, or exchanging for a suggested alternative product option.
