We stand behind the products we provide. If you have a return, please review our policy below and under no circumstances should you ship without following the Returns Process below.
Defective product:
- you can return it to us within 60 days of delivery.
- the item must be unused, unmarked, and accompanied with the original packaging.
- we will arrange for prepaid pick-up via UPS or FedEx.
- the item is then inspected to determine what is defective.
- once issue is confirmed, a replacement item will be sent at no additional cost.
Damaged product:
- if you can visibly see damage upon receipt, please notate on shipper delivery slip when signing for item.
- we request you email us a photo and description of damage to the same email you received order confirmation from.
- we will request manufacturer to review damaged item request within 2 business days.
- once issue is confirmed, a replacement of item or damaged part will be sent at no additional cost.
Incorrect product (our error):
- you can return it to us within 60 days of delivery. Returns received after 30 days may be subject to a 25% restocking fee.
- the item must be unused, unmarked, and accompanied with the original packaging.
- we will arrange for prepaid pick-up via UPS or FedEx.
- the item is then inspected to determine it was sent in error.
- once issue is confirmed, a replacement item will be sent at no additional cost.
Incorrect product (customer error/no longer needed):
- all Residential shipments are sold on a “Final Sale” basis only. No cancellations, returns, or credits are allowed.
- you may return any incorrect product with Availability listed as a Stock Item within 60 days. If Availability is anything other "Stock Item" there may be restrictions (see below).
- all returns are subject to a 25% restocking fee, 35% if received after 30 days, plus any freight charged for shipment to customer.
- all items must be in the original packaging, unused, undamaged, and in saleable condition.
- return shipping is the customer's responsibility and will not be accepted if shipped C.O.D.
- once the item is inspected and approved, you will receive store credit which you can use toward purchasing the correct item.
The product types below have the following return restrictions:
- Mfr Direct or Manufacturer Direct: these products are subject to manufacturer restrictions and typically are not returnable.
- 14-21 days or 10-15 business days: these products are special ordered and not returnable.
- Expiration dated products: these products will only be accepted if the remaining shelf life is 12 months or greater and the item does not require refrigeration. All items must be in the original container and free of labels and other markings. Certain manufacturer restrictions may apply.
- Pharmaceutical Pedigree: these products are not returnable
- Upholstered items (i.e. Tables, Stools, Chairs): these products are not returnable.
- Hygienic items (i.e. Bath Safety items such as Raised Toilet Seats): all returns must be unopened and in the original box.
- Discontinued items: if the item you ordered has become discontinued at any time it is not returnable.
- Custom products: sold on a “Final Sale” basis only. No cancellations, returns, or credits are allowed.
Returns Process: there is no need to call us for authorization. Simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. Please let us know if you would like a credit or a replacement product.
Once you have done this, please follow the instructions below to assure prompt handling:
- we will review your request and send you a completed Return Goods Authorization (RGA) form within three business days.
- carefully package the item(s) and utilize an outer shipping box when appropriate to ensure the original packaging is not damaged.
- you must include your RGA form with your returned item.
- your RGA form will provide you with the shipping information.
- it is imperative that you provide us with the tracking number.
- under no circumstances should you ship without following the instructions above.
When the item is received by the appropriate party, it will be inspected typically within two business days. You can expect an e-mail from us notifying you if the product has been accepted. Upon acceptance we will immediately credit your Careforde account or send a replacement product as you have requested. We reserve the right to reject any return that does not comply with the terms of this policy.
